You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92pak2 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
92pak2 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 92pak2 support immediately.
You must notify 92pak2 support without delay if you:
92pak2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access results from negligence on your part, any resulting losses remain your sole responsibility.
92pak2 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings. Where 2FA is enabled, the one-time verification code must be provided in addition to your password at each login from a new device or location.
92pak2 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other bank transfer methods as published on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
92pak2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be refused, reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT, or on the next business day for requests submitted after that time.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Note: Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the individual promotion. Bonus balances that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited. No exceptions are made to bonus expiry terms.
All wagers placed on 92pak2 are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers. 92pak2 shall not be liable for wagers placed in error or wagers placed without full understanding of applicable game rules.
92pak2 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all games of chance. Where a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a wager, 92pak2 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured and may be removed from an account balance pending investigation.

In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the point the market is closed.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: postponement or abandonment of the event without rescheduling within a specified period; demonstrable pricing errors; rule-4 deductions in horse racing or equivalent adjustments in other sports; or any other circumstances specified in the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
92pak2 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing, the exploitation of mispriced markets, or coordinated wagering activity designed to defraud the Platform. Any unauthorised use of 92pak2's intellectual property is prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings without further notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
92pak2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, or entirely free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible. 92pak2 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 92pak2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 92pak2 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on 92pak2 you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
92pak2 collects and processes personal data for purposes including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and the provision of Services. You may request closure of your 92pak2 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Where a Real Money Fund balance remains at the time of closure request, it will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain unsatisfied.
92pak2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account with immediate effect, and to withhold any funds therein, where the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or licensing requirement.
Where an account is closed by 92pak2 due to a breach, any Bonus Funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the registered payment method subject to the outcome of any investigation into the conduct that prompted closure.
92pak2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via a notice published on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to registered account holders.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body specified by 92pak2's licensing authority. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or collective proceedings.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pak2 holds its international gaming licence.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 17.
